Rhian Kelly 189Rhian Kelly, director for business environment

 Rhian is director for business environment encompassing construction, infrastructure and energy and climate change.  She spearheads the CBI’s campaigns to boost investment in infrastructure,  promote the development of the low-carbon economy and ensure the resilience of the construction industry.  She joined the CBI in 2006 and was responsible for the ground breaking 2007 report on climate change, which helped shift the perception of the role business can play in moving to a low-carbon economy. Rhian became head of Climate Change in 2008. Prior to the CBI Rhian worked in Beijing and Taipei.

 

Jessica BaulyJessica Bauly, head of construction

Jessica leads the CBI's policy and lobbying activity on construction. She has a wide-ranging remit, covering public procurement, sustainability, housing, investment and business environment. As the secretariat for the CBI Construction Council, she ensures that industry views are channelled to influence broader CBI policy, lobbying government and wider stakeholders.



Previously, Jessica led CBI's trade association membership including the CBI's Trade Association Council, and before that Jessica worked in a number of roles in CBI Brussels, on a wide-ranging remit of EU policy. 

Gavin BrookmanGavin Brookman, policy adviser

Gavin supports the CBI's construction policy and lobbying output. Engaging with government, members and wider stakeholders, Gavin ensures that major issues relating to construction policy are addressed and that the CBI Construction Council is appropriately briefed.
