The key areas of policy focus for CBI London
CBI London focuses on supporting its members in the capital and on helping to make London a more competitive place to do business.
We lobby on major policy issues on behalf of our members, ensuring that business is playing an active role in shaping London's future. We deliver key messages to the Mayor, provide our members with opportunities to hear from London's policy leaders and offer a number of policy platforms for business engagement. Our role has never been more crucial than at this time of a fragile economic recovery and continuing business uncertainty.
We have two areas of policy focus: skills and employment, and infrastructure. And we conduct the twice-yearly London Business Survey to take the pulse of the capital's businesses and to inform our policy activity.
Our work in London links closely with our national and international policy work and lobbying and ensures that we are active at all levels of influence.
